The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Ethan Elliott was arrested for GJI*SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 3:12 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Cory Clearman was arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 11:51 a.m. Clearman’s bond has been set at $35,000.00.
- Daniel Noev was arrested for MISC US MILITARY HOLD at 3:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 505 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

- Daniel Noev was arrested for MISC US MILITARY HOLD at 3:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Ethan Elliott was arrested for GJI*SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 3:12 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Tiffany Wilson was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 2 >=1G<4G, and POSS CS PG 3 <28G at 5:37 p.m. Wilson’s bond has been set at $27,500.00.
- Misty Andrade was arrested for THEFT CLASS C at 6:18 p.m. Andrade’s bond has been set at $444.00 bond.
- Jeremy Cochran was arrested for MISC US MARSHALL HOLD at 8:52 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Isabel Torres was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 5:36 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the same day on $5,000.00 bond.
- Vivian Rodriguez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID at 12:17 p.m. and was released at 1:58 p.m. the same day.
- Elizabeth Escobedo was arrested for OBSTRUCT HIGHWAY PASSAGEWAY at 4:59 p.m. and was released at 8:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Cody Bell was arrested for J/NISI* EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH at 8:48 p.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the same day.
- Roy Eisenbach was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 6:46 p.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the next day on $2,500.00 bond.
