WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO – Officer Involved Shooting Victim on Facebook Live

 

SWEETWATER, TX – The victim in an officer involved shooting that occurred Thursday morning in Sweetwater went live on Facebook after being shot multiple times.

According to KTXS, on Apr. 15, officers with the Sweetwater police department pulled over James 41-year-old Hearin of Sweetwater. During the traffic stop Hearin allegedly attempted to run over one of the officers while fleeing the scene.

This caused officers to open fire on Hearin's vehicle. Police were unable to capture the suspect.

Hearin then went live on Facebook in what could be the final moments of his life. Check out the video below: (WARNING! THIS VIDEO SHOWS EXTREME CONTENT THAT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SOME VIEWERS)

Police are still investigating the shooting and the Texas Rangers have been called in. 

Hearin's condition is unknown at this time.

When the cops tell you that they are arresting you for warrants, you do NOT have the option of being released. Take your lumps like a man and settle it in a courtroom, not the street. The cops are not there to hear your case, they are bound by law to arrest you then and there. Hmmm, seems this would be good information for a group of people nationwide who think they can do whatever they want when they find out it's time to go to jail.
