Dr. Vretis Receives 1st Dose of COVID-19 Vaccines

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Dr. Vretis, the Tom Green County Health Authority, announced Thursday morning he has received the 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Dr. Vretis is part of the first group of frontline workers to receive the much-anticipated vaccine.

"After discussion with trusted colleagues, I believe it is the right thing for me to do at this time," said Vretis. I miss being able to spend time with my family. I am tired of not being able to hug friends or shake hands with strangers. The low risk of adverse reactions is outweighed by the chance to return to a normal lifestyle."

"I am tired of not being able to hug friends or shake hands with strangers."

wasn't so tired of it months ago when he went to that concert while not wearing his mask with his wife beside him was he?

yep we ain't forgotten, you quack.

the state should've put you out the door the day after that happened. if you had any honor you'd have just resigned at the least.

so please Oberführer Vretis, forgive those of us who simply cannot trust your judgement anymore.

besides those injections are limited, if anything, every single one ought to be going to the nursing home staff who needs them the most
