Coronavirus: Only 10 Cases Confirmed Sunday

SAN ANGELO, TX – The City of San Angelo reported 10 new cases of COVID-19 in Tom Green County on Sunday. 

According to the City of San Angelo, on August 30, since the beginning there have been 3,217 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Tom Green County. Tom Green County has a population of 119,200. 

Hospitalizations have finally dropped under 30 with 29 currently in the hospital. One death has been reported today as of 1:30 p.m. but overall COSA has announced 56 deaths: 40 from Tom Green County and 16 from other counties  

There are currently 665 active cases of coronavirus in Tom Green County. 

Out of the 10 new cases 8 were PCR cases and 2 were antigen cases.
