When will these dumbasses learn !!!!! If you're talking to a 16 year old girl on the internet, dude... you're talking to the Police !!!!!! LMAO

If he wasn't ACTUALLY talking to someone underage, these kinds of cases should be thrown out. If you only think you hit someones car, but only hit the curb, do you get a ticket? NO. If you got into a fight and think you may have killed someone, but you just knocked them out, do you get charged with that persons death? NO. These entrapment cases are only to boost police numbers, nothing more, and often prey on young and dumb kids who don't know any better. But the fact of the matter is, he wasn't ACTUALLY talking to an underage kid, so why does he get charged that way? Be careful of cops, they will get you one way or another because they have a "us vs them" mentality and culture.

entrapment (noun)

-- the action of luring an individual into committing a crime in order to prosecute the person for it.

--a practice whereby a law enforcement agent or agent of the state induces a person to commit a "crime" that the person would have otherwise been unlikely or unwilling to commit.

Defund the police? No.

Defund this bullshit? Hell yes.
