WATCH: Paving Roller Crashes into SUV in North San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The driver of a paving roller crashed into a white SUV Monday afternoon sending the SUV driver to the hospital.

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Rodriguez, the paving roller was part of a work crew seal coating streets in north San Angelo.

The roller was making a left hand turn as the white SUV was westbound on 28th street near the intersection of Blum.

The driver of the roller caused the crash and will be issued a citation.

The driver of the SUV was transported by ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.

So the Driver of the SUV had right of way; did he or she slow down and observe that there was construction equipment in vicinity and prepare to stop? Probably not; easy money here for Julio, Tom, or Achmed. And a Medical Check up!
