BALLINGER, TX — According to the Runnels County Sheriff’s Office two former county jailers have been arrested after authorities began involving inappropriate relationships between Runnels County Jail staff and inmates.
The investigation began two months ago on May 26th Runnels County Sheriff Carl Squyres believed enough evidence had been collected to pursue criminal charges against the two former members. The Texas Rangers were contacted and they took over the investigation.
The former staffers, identified as 52-year-old Cary Lamont Hubbard and 30-year-old Alexander Govia Harrison, were arrested on June 3rd.
Hubbard was charged with three counts of Inappropriate Sexual Relationship with an inmate or person under supervision and his bond was set at $30,000.
Harrison was charged with one count of Inappropriate Sexual Relationship with an inmate or person under supervision and his bond was set at $10,000.
Both suspects were released after posting bond on June 4th. Both men are from Winters, TX.

I have never been convicted of anything, you wouldn't seriously be implying that I have would you? Since we're talking about thick skin, let's remember who called the cops in our little rant section tit for tat. Dang, all Nate did was sit in the same room as you in public.
So forgive me if I feel like your bullcrap does in fact need to be shut down. Not that you shouldn't be able to say anything at all, just that what you do say gets measured between truth and reality.
