WATCH: Severe Hail Storm Causes Widespread Damage in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX – Many people woke up this morning in San Angelo with damage to their vehicles and homes following the damaging hail storm that blew through last night. 

According to the National Weather Service, on May 21, San Angelo received .70 inches of rain for the second night in a row. 

This storm was worse though as hail the size of baseballs was reported inside of the city limits. 

This has been reported as the biggest hail storm to hit San Angelo since 1995. That year San Angelo also had a large tornado that damaged a large section of the city.

In the video above you will see many different shots from around San Angelo. 

Tonight San Angelo has a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms and there is a chance for heavy rain and thunderstorms for the next seven days.

They say people in hell want ice water but they ain't gettin it. But San Angelo is so favored that the Lord Almighty pours ice water right from His cup for us to take of. Like this girl from Canada has not seen, and I lived in Colorado for 10 years....it was so loud the husband and I had to yell to hear each other standing side by each....the backyard is ankle deep in leaves and branches...
