NWS: A Line of Severe Thunderstorms Forming West of San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – National Weather Service radar is indicating a line of severe thunderstorms is forming west of San Angelo heading east at 6 p.m. Friday evening.

The line of thunderstorms has a history of dangerous lightning, strong and gusty winds and torrential rain.

This is a dangerous storm and will be in the San Angelo area within the hour.

Expect flooding in low lying areas and downed tree limbs in the vicinity of the strong to severe storms.
