Police Find Body Hanging from Goalpost at Miller Stadium

MINERAL WELLS, TX – An officer with the Mineral Wells Police Department found a body hanging from a goal post at Miller Stadium Thursday morning. 

According to the Mineralwellsindex, on Mar 26, an officer with the Mineral Wells Police Department noticed suspicious activity at the Miller Stadium. He saw a car parked out front and the gate wide open. 

When the officer went to check it out the officer found a body that was hanging from the goal post. The body is described at a 22-year-old man. 

At this time the MWPD has declared this death a suicide. 

Miller stadium is used for home football games for the Community Christian School and the Mineral Wells Youth Soccer Association.
