SAN ANGELO, TX – A 31-year-old man was arrested Monday after he made a bomb threat against the Concho Valley Transit Station.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, on February 17, officers were dispatched to the Concho Valley Transit Station on N. Chadbourne St. for the report of a man making terroristic threats.
When officers arrived, they found Hector Cadena, 31, who was intoxicated and was making threats against the public.
Officers quickly detained the man and discovered that he had four outstanding warrants.
He was charged with public intoxication, terroristic threat that caused fear of imminent serous bodily injury, two MISC FTA, and two MISC CPF.
Cadena remains in the Tom Green County Jail as of February 20. His bond is set at $11,466.

It appears Mr. Cadena was not hard to locate. Why wasn't he already locked up?
