SAN ANGELO, TX — Two cars collided on FM 2105 early Monday afternoon, sending the driver of a Maroon SUV to the hospital with minor injuries. Video footage from a nearby surveillance video camera showed the crash happen. It is the second video below.
According to the Texas DPS, the white passenger sedan was traveling westbound on FM 2105 while the Maroon SUV was traveling east on the same roadway.

The driver of the white passenger car turned left, southbound on Grape Creek Road. The problem was, the maroon SUV was in the oncoming lane with the legal right of way. DPS said the white car clipped the front end of the SUV.

The driver of the white car was issued a citation for turning when it was unsafe to do so.
The crash happened at approximately 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of FM 2105 and Grape Creek Road. The weather was clear and the roadway dry.

Combination of things here..... When you probably don't have a drivers license, probably don't have insurance then you are exempt from any responsibility because you are just too ignorant to understand the rules of the road anyhow.......
