DPS: This Man Likes Girls 4 to 11 Years Old

ODESSA, TX -- A man was arrested Wednesday after downloading child pornography and then admitting to like little girls. 

According to the Odessa American, on August 7 the Texas Department of Public Safety served a search warrant on the 3100 block of Eisenhower Rd after a Tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children Cybertip. 

Once inside the residence troopers found a laptop that was owned by 70-year-old Jesse Connally's deceased wife. On the computer was more than 300 images and 11 videos depicting child pornography. 

Connally was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and then was taken to the Ector County Jail. He was then interviewed by DPS where they say he admitted to downloading the porn because he was attracted to 4-year-old girls. He continued by saying he would search for nude images of girls between the ages of four and 11. 

Later he confessed to sexually assaulted at least 16 girls with some being family members. He also stated that if he were given the opportunity to sexually assault a girl again he would.

Connally is currently in the ECJ in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
