Christoval With A Point To Prove Following First Eleven-Man Playoff Win
CHRISTOVAL, TX -- Following a historic season in 2018 in which the Christoval Cougars marched past Cross Plains 40-34 en route to the program's first playoff win since 1992, the kids from the south end of Tom Green County are entering the 2019 season with a point to prove.
With nine starters returning from both sides of the ball including District 8-2A Division II MVP Brayden Wilcox the Christoval Cougars are not only favorites to challenge rival Eldorado for a district title but make a playoff run to remember.
From some of the most key players to take the field for the Cougars that won't setup in the backfield to the message from head coach Casey Otho to QB1 Brayden Wilcox the Cougars have plenty to say about the upcoming 2019 season.
