Possession of Drugs Top Wednesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of controlled substance, commuting a sentence for aggravated sexual assault of a child, and multiple commuting sentences for possession of marijuana. 

Out of the 445 beds, 428 of them are occupied as of Thursday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday

• Samantha Skains was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:10 a.m. Her bond is set at $8,142. 
• Monica Valdez was arrested for CPF theft of a property at 4:53 a.m. She was released without bond at 1:43 p.m. 
• Ector Garivay was arrested for MISC VOP at 10:12 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Paige Wesley was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:27 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Leroy Arredondo was arrested for COMM aggravated sexual assault of a child at 11:35 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Allyson Rios was arrested for theft of a firearm and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 1:35 p.m. Her bond is set at $20,000. 
• Andrew Stone was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:26 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:43 p.m. 
• Austin Flores was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 3:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Natasha Cyrus was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana and RPR possession of a dangerous drug at 3:45 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:58 p.m. 
• Valerie Young was arrested for CPF possession of marijuana at 3:46 p.m. She was released without bond at 7:43 p.m. 
• Shawn Costilla was arrested for assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 6:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Bailey Carr was arrested for FTA possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:05 p.m. His bond is set at $2,642.
• James Reeves was arrested for RPR second driving while intoxicated, RPR DWLI with a previous conviction, DWLI, and speeding at 10:40 p.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
• Issac Valadez was arrested for two MISC CPF at 10:48 p.m. He was released without bond Thursday at 1:43 a.m.
