SAN ANGELO, TX -- Fireworks are illegal in San Angelo but that didn't stop some revelers from setting them off inside the city limits just after midnight early Tuesday morning.
It sounded like the Fourth of July Independence Day celebration all across San Angelo as 2018 ended and people celebrated the beginning of 2019.
The sound of fireworks continued across San Angelo for several minutes.
The Tom Green County inmate roster didn't list anyone being arrested for setting off fireworks.
Illegally possessing or using fireworks within 5,000 feet of and inside the San Angelo city limits is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $2,000.

Permalink..is the staggering number of these lowlifes on government assistance, who somehow manage to afford to purchase fireworks.
The message sent: don't stress yourself with things like "work", Texas has your back. Go ahead and save whatever money you acquire for drugs, alcohol and fireworks. Laws don't apply to you anyway.
Great job Texas.
