Mother Catches Man in Bed with 15-year-old Daughter

SAN ANGELO, TX-- A 26-year-old man was caught engaging in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl on Thursday evening.

According to an affidavit from Justice of the Peace Pct. 3, Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies arrived on scene to find a distraught mother.

She informed police she heard a noise coming from her daughters bedroom and went to investigate the noise.

When she reached the room she caught Clayton Dewayne Williams, 26,  and her daughter having sex.

Deputies interviewed the victim who admitted the two of them had sex. 

Deputies then interviewed Williams.  According to the affidavit, Williams said, "I was f---ing a fifteen year old."  

Williams informed deputies that he was aware of her age and that they had sex on several occasions in the last several days.

The affidavit says Williams expressed remorse that he got caught.

Williams was arrested and jailed and now has been charged with second degree felony sexual assault of a child.

With the exception of rape, it seems there should be some sort of M.I.P. version of a charge that teens could catch, when caught in incidents like this. It takes (at least) two to commit the act. All participants in a crime should be punished accordingly.
