Teen Smashes Man in the Head with Practice ROTC Rifle

SAN ANGELO, TX — A San Angelo man was arrested following a domestic violence investigation Wednesday in the 1600 block of Harrison. Michael O’Brien, 18, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to court documents, the victim told the investigating officer that a verbal argument had taken place between the two because the victim thought Michael took one of his beers.

The argument escalated and Michael picked up an ROTC practice rifle and struck the victim in the forehead with the butt of the rifle.

The laceration on the victim’s head was consistent with the rendition of the events and officers recovered a practice ROTC rifle from the scene.

Michael O’Brien is in Tom Green County jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

this crazy pos is good material for the ROTC program.
I want to see him gone for a long time.
If he wants to kill a drinking buddy for a beer he is one sick and future murdering sob.
But in SA he will get a slap and go.
But he will kill someone in his lifetime.
Girls, stay away.

Michael. You gimme a call when you get that cleared up. Your 18. The best thing you can do is sign up for the military like you wanted. I would if I was in your shoes. That is your chance to make somethin of yourself. Choose a bunch of drunk losers or choose something that's gonna give you a life. I believe that would be the hardest but best choice you ever made. Be somebody!!
