PermalinkI don't know, I feel like San Angelo should have made it on the list. This is a great place to live, it, like any other place, has it's positive and negative attributes. I don't pay much mind to the meth heads, until their on my block or interfering in my life... I don't chase them down looking to stomp out the epidemic in other words.
From what I've experienced, these meth addicts and transients weed themselves out, the best we can do is make sure we don't become a victim of theirs to that point, or help someone else not to be victimized by them either, other than that, I don't see what the major complaint is with our city. Grow up and stop whining, self righteousness based on where you stand in the pecking order of society isn't going to solve the problems... In fact, it's only going to create more problems...
If you're doing your part, that's good, I applaud you, but waving your banners and pointing your fingers at the problem doesn't change anything... Most people already agree with you, who are you trying to convince?

PermalinkI used to enjoy reading this digital newspaper and especially this "rant" section, but now there are one or two individuals who seem to monopolize this and seem to think that everyone wants to hear what they have to say, and post nonsensical comments and links to YouTube videos. They are abusing this column. It's a good way to lose readers. Too bad there isn't some way to limit the amount of nonsense "rants" that someone can post.
