A 77 y.o. woman with dementia who has NOW been missing for 9 days should indeed be listed as in danger. How can they still assume she is in the Abilene area? Abilene news outlets report that a close relative of Ms Stover, that lived out of state, has died and they must locate her in order to inform her of the death. With the current heat wave upon us, I would be very concerned for her safety.

PermalinkMs. Stover was found dead in South Taylor county. She was found outside, but near her car, apparently succumbing to the elements. Foul play not expected to be a factor. Sadly, this happens all too often.
