SAN ANGELO, TX -- Tom Green County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 39-year-old San Angelo man Tuesday on four warrants for aggravated sexual assault of a child after the alleged victim reached out to a teacher in Waco.
According to court documents, Thomas Kevin Rende was arrested on the four counts after law enforcement officials from McLennan County issued the warrants.
The victim gave a note to her teacher in Waco. The girl alleges Rende went to her room at night on several occasions and touched her sexually. Rende is reportedly an acquaintance of the girl and has denied the allegations.
Rende was arrested in San Angelo and booked into the Tom Green County jail. He has been transferred to the McLennan County jail in Waco and remains there in lieu of $200,000 bond.

I'll guarantee you 110 percent that this guy is guilty as charged. There's absolutely no way possible that he can look directly into your eyes with both his eyes and tell you the truth about this issue........

PermalinkAlthough your comment was comical, and I have trouble believing that this guy is innocent, I've found that it's best to let the details emerge first. Not saying that such is the case here, but there have been men falsely accused in the past.
Then again, there's men who have committed atrocious acts on kid's who have never seen the justice system at all. Personally, I keep opinion's and speculation at bay as much as possible with this kind of thing especially. I like to believe that what's done in the dark, will come to the light.
If this guy did it, the details will emerge, at which point we don't have to speculate about it. You can walk that line if you want to though.
