That's A Lotta Marijuana!

PAINT ROCK, TX -- (Press Release)  Concho County Sheriff's Deputies seized 48 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop Thursday.  

According to the Concho County Sheriff's Office located in Paint Rock, TX Deputies Jones and Capps seized approximately 48 pounds of marijuana when they stopped a rental car.  

The vehicle was on its way from Lubbock to San Antonio.  

Concho County is adjacent to Tom Green County and immediately to the east.

The Sheriff's Office didn't say what the street value of the marijuana.

If it's good weed, it'll go for $20.00 a gram, 28 grams in an ounce, 16 ounces in a pound, 48 pounds would be in the ballpark of $430,080 of possible resale value off the streets. Good job!

Now all their potential customers can spend all that money fawning over worthless trinkets at WalMart. Like real Americans are supposed to.
