Pot Possession Remains High Tuesday

 

Twenty-seven people were arrested on Tuesday, among them five for pot possession and five for theft. Possession of other drugs saw three arrests made, and two inmates were booked for DWI, an additional two for assault. There was also one public intoxication charge on the inmate bookings report. 

Twenty-five inmates were released on Tuesday.

Just think of how much time the police would have for violent crimes and property crimes if they didn't have nearly 20% of their arrests for smoking weed.
So, I may have asked this before, but I still don't have the answer... If a stoner is pursued for going too slow, is that still considered a "high speed chase"?
