MLK Stabbing Suspect in Custody; Victim in Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a stabbing incident on MLK Blvd. and 18th Streets.

SAPD Public Information Officer Tracy Gonzalez said Friday at 11:15 a.m. police found that San Angelo emergency medical personnel were working on the victim and transported him to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police arrested a suspect near the scene.  The identities of the suspect and victim have not been released yet.  Gonzalez says this is still an active investigation and they hope to release more information Friday afternoon.
