Bail Revoked After Suspect on Deferred Adjudication a No Show in Court

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Christopher Keeney’s day went from bad to worse Wednesday after he failed to show up for a motion to revoke hearing in the Tom Green County Courthouse.

Keeney, 37, whose address is listed in Uvalde, Texas was accused of stabbing Jordan Schwartz in a home in the 2700 block of Southland in August of 2014.  He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  He was placed on deferred adjudication in April of 2015.

When he failed to appear in court Wednesday, District Judge Brad Goodwin forfeited his $20,000 bail and set his new bail at $40,000.

#FAKENEWS Check with the court. He should not even be charged with Assault, I was there and saw what happened, that kid Jordan was intoxicated and on meth. Keeney was defending himself and others. He called 911 and surrendered. Jordan, you are a moron. BTW, How is that guy you ran over at Nasworthy Mary L. Park that night?
