Sexual Assault, Aggravated Assault Pleas Top Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Dozens of people were booked into the Tom Green County Jail from Friday through Sunday including two men who plead guilty to aggravated assault.  

28-year-old Andrew Anthony Baca plead guilty to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.  25-year-old Marc Anthony Asevedo also plead guilty to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.  Both men were scheduled to have jury trials Monday.  

Also booked over the weekend was 59-year-old Elvin Lee Markham of Carlsbad, TX. Markham was arrested on a grand jury warrant for sexual assault.  His indictment states that Markham sexually assaulted a woman on March 26.

  • Trash on Property: 1
  • Weeds over 12 inches : 1
