Harry Potter Fans Invited to Create Wands at Stephens Central Library

This Thursday, June 23, the Tom Green County Stephens Central Library will be hosting a wand making workshop.

Harry Potter fans are invited to create their own wands made out of chopsticks, glue guns and paint, and have the opportunity to embellish them. Visitors are encouraged to bring extra embellishments as those provided by the library may be limited.

The wand shop is the first in a series of events that will take place every month until November, when the new Harry Potter Movie, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, is released.

The event is free to the public and will take place on the 1st floor of the library.

Next month, the library will celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday on July 29. Fans will have the opportunity to decorate their own “birthday cupcakes.”

The next installment in the Harry Potter Series, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, will debut July 30, when a play in London, followed by the release of the text, will be available in both print and digital copy.

Rita Repulsa you evil sorceress, here is an upcoming event to be held at the Stephens Central Library that will allow participants to create their own wands made out of chopsticks, glue guns and paint. Hey "Princess" what do you say? "THE WAND CHOOSES THE WIZARD"

Here's a proposal that involves eating utensils, paint, glue, and playing with wands directed at a gray haired witch with a major destructive bent. In other words, it sounds like the circumstances under which "EL 'SLY'" tries to make a date.

Sorry, but I'll be busy washing my armpit hair until December. At least.

Rita Repulsa, sorry but I already have a life long commitment to "MI ESPOSA. "Mi esposa y yo estamos felizmente casados!" Sorry that my comment was taken as an attempt to make a date but that was not my intent. "NOOOOOO, NO DATE, I'M MARRIED!"
