Jail Traffic Remains Consistent Thursday

 

The Tom Green County Jail's intakes and releases remained consistent on Thursday, cruising at 28 booked and 37 released

The bookings included the usual charges: assault, theft, PI, DWI, possession, resisting arrest and two pot charges.

In addition, a woman out of Midland, 51-year-old Nora Navarro Vasquez, was apprehended on Thursday and booked on a warrant for misapplication by a fiduciary or property valuing more than $20,000 but less than $100,000. 

A fiduciary is a trustee with a legal or ethical relationship to a beneficiary and can include attorneys, stockbrokers, business advisors and other people who have entered into a relationship of trust with a beneficiary of some kind.
