Jury Trial Set for San Angelo Man Charged with Lewd Crimes Against Child

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A jury trial for a San Angelo man accused of several sex crimes against a child has been set.

Brian Antonio Garcia, 43, was indicted on seven sex crimes by a Tom Green County grand jury back in November 2024. Those charges include four counts of sexual assault of a child, two counts of indecency with a child by exposure, and one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact.

The indictment said that Garcia committed sexual crimes in July and August of 2020.

Garcia posted bond in Llano County. He is next due in court in San Angelo on April 22, 2025, and has a jury trial set for August 4, 2025.
