SAN ANGELO, TX – Temperatures across San Angelo and the surrounding region are set to rise this week, with highs climbing into the upper 70s to mid-80s, according to the National Weather Service.
Sunny skies are expected across San Angelo today, with temperatures reaching a high near 86°F, information from the NWS states. Winds will start light from the west-southwest, shifting to the southwest at 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Tonight, conditions will remain mostly clear with a low of around 46°F and light southwest winds around 5 mph.
Forecasts show San Angelo reaching a high of 83°F on Tuesday, with afternoon highs staying above average throughout the week. The warming trend will continue into the weekend, with highs ranging from the low to upper 70s through Sunday. On Thursday, high temperatures are forecast to climb to around 65°F.
Minimum temperatures are expected to remain mild, ranging from the mid-40s to low 50s in most areas. San Angelo’s lows will hover around 46°F Tuesday, climbing to 51°F by Sunday.
The NWS reports rain chances will stay very low through late in the week, with no significant precipitation expected.
Nearby cities, including Abilene, Ballinger, and Brady, are forecast to experience similar warming trends, with highs reaching the low 80s early in the week and gradually cooling slightly toward the weekend.
