New Retail Center Coming to North Bentwood Drive in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX — A new retail strip center is under construction on North Bentwood Drive, with leasing set to begin this spring.

The building is a $1.7 million project, according to the City of San Angelo's building permits, and will be located at 4525 N. Bentwood Dr. 

According to Justin Churchwell of ERA Newlin and Company, the site has already been cleared, and foundational work is complete. The walls and plumbing are expected to be installed next week, with the shell of the building slated for completion by June or July.

While the project’s interior build-outs will depend on individual tenants, discussions with potential businesses are already underway. Once leased, each tenant will customize their space to suit their needs.
