Texas Bank Announces 2 Promotions

Before joining Texas Bank, he spent over four years as a Computer Science instructor at Angelo State University, bringing a strong analytical foundation to his role in Trust Administration.

Once transitioning to Texas Bank’s Trust Department, Grant gained valuable experience in trust administration, successfully completing Texas Trust School at Southern Methodist University, sponsored by the Texas Bankers Association. Texas Bank stated that his promotion is a testament to his dedication and expertise in serving its Trust customers. 

Garrett Knight – Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending

Garrett Knight, originally from the Bronte and Robert Lee areas, was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending. A 2019 graduate of Bronte High School, Garrett pursued his passion for agriculture and finance by earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Angelo State University in 2022.

Garrett began his career at Texas Bank in January 2023 as a Loan Assistant for the Commercial and Consumer Lending divisions. Through his dedication and eagerness to learn, he has shown exceptional potential in lending and has already begun working with customers independently.
