SAN ANGELO, TX - The Kent Companies has officially begun the rebranding of Jack’s Convenience Stores under the Kent Kwik name.
New signage is being installed at several former Jack’s locations, marking the first visible step in integrating the eight stores acquired earlier this year in Midland, San Angelo, and Abilene.
The rebranding effort follows The Kent Companies’ acquisition of Jack’s Convenience Stores in May, which expanded its total footprint to 111 locations across eight states. As part of this transition, Kent Kwik has announced plans to update fuel offerings at the rebranded locations to feature Chevron or Texaco products.
In addition to new signage, Kent Kwik-branded bottled water and other in-store products are now being stocked on shelves.
The rebranding process will continue in the coming weeks, with updates to all eight newly acquired locations. Earlier this year, The Kent Companies also expanded its presence into Alabama with the acquisition of 13 stores.
