Increased Air Traffic and Noise Expected Around San Angelo Airport

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - Residents near the San Angelo Regional Airport can expect an uptick in air traffic and noise as the airport and Ranger Aviation host a military training detachment through Monday, Dec. 9.

The exercises involve T-6 Texan II aircraft, which will perform multiple training drills in the area. The city announced the activity to keep residents informed about the potential disturbances associated with the operations.

Officials did not provide specific times for the flights, but the exercises are expected to continue daily until the completion of the training.
