SAN ANGELO, TX — Mr. Boots, a local staple for Western wear in San Angelo is marking its 50th anniversary with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 22, 2024.

Established in 1974, the business has been a go-to for San Angelo residents seeking Western clothing and accessories for five decades.

The event, scheduled for 11 a.m. at the store’s location at 2130 W. Beauregard in the Village of San Angelo, celebrates the legacy of the Timm Family, who founded the business. Now, as the Timms pass the reins, new owners Billy and Laura Scott will continue the store’s tradition. 

The public is invited to attend and join in celebrating this milestone for Mr. Boots.
