San Angelo Police Locate Missing 86-Year-Old Man

SAN ANGELO, TX — James William Chatman, 86, who was reported missing on Oct. 29, has been located, according to the San Angelo Police Department.

Chatman was last seen near the 400 block of Clover Drive and was described as a white male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, with brown eyes. Police had asked for the public’s assistance in locating him.

Further details regarding Chatman’s recovery were not immediately available.
