SAN ANGELO, TX — Starting Monday, Oct. 14, traffic on Glenna Street will be reduced from four lanes to two as part of the ongoing Glenna Utility Improvements Project.
The reduction will affect the stretch of Glenna Street between Woodlawn Drive and Webster Street.
The City of San Angelo announced that two-way traffic with one lane in each direction will be maintained throughout the closure. Additionally, the 3200 block of Woodlawn Drive will be closed, with no through traffic permitted.
The lane reduction and road closure are expected to remain in effect until late October 2024. Businesses within the closure area will remain open, and access to them will be maintained.
Drivers are encouraged to plan for potential delays and seek alternative routes where possible.
