Thomas Leanos had 18 carries for 91 yards. Hagyn Barbee, who had 11 carries for 55 yards and a TD, had a 5-yard TD run to give Wall a 20-0 halftime lead.
Wall improved to 3-1, while Monahans fell to 1-3.
Wall will play again next week at Sweetwater, while Monahans will visit Andrews.
