Construction at Knickerbocker and South Jackson Slows Traffic

 

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— Drivers are advised to use caution on Thursday, Aug. 29, when approaching the intersection of Jackson Street and Knickerbocker Road, according to the City of San Angelo. 

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the intersection will function as a four-way stop while the traffic signals are replaced.

The San Angelo Police Department and the contractor handling the signal replacement will be on-site to assist with traffic management. Motorists are encouraged to plan for potential delays and approach the intersection carefully.

UPDATE: Traffic on Knickerbocker Road at South Jackson Street is down to two lanes as crews work on the intersection. The intersection is also a four-way stop with flashing red traffic lights.
