Regional Convenience Store Chain Buys Bowie's in Menard

 

MASON, TX — Charlie and Linda Reichenau of Mason, and their son Clint of Wall, are owners of the Short Stop Food Stores. This week, the family completed its purchase of the former Bowie’s Travel Center and Convenience Store in Menard.

The Reichenaus have 49 years in the Convenience Store business and operate a chain of 11 more Short Stop Convenience Stores in Eden, Ballinger, Santa Anna, Mason, Llano, London, Junction, Rocksprings, and Boerne.

The Reichenaus thank everyone for their continued patronage at their new Menard store, as well as their other locations.
