SAN ANGELO, TX — The Mega Millions jackpot for tonight’s drawing has soared to $498 million, with a cash option of $245.3 million. The winning numbers will be drawn at 10 p.m. CT.
Mega Millions offers various ways to win, with the simplest being to match the Mega Ball, which guarantees a $2 prize. While matching two numbers without the Mega Ball results in no payout, a ticket that matches one of the five main numbers and the Mega Ball is worth $4.
Players looking to increase their non-jackpot winnings can opt for the Megaplier, an additional $1 feature that can multiply prizes. A standard Mega Millions ticket costs $2 per play.
Drawings for Mega Millions are held twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
