SAN ANGELO, TX — A vehicle crashed into Lake Nasworthy at about 8:20 p.m. Thursday, Aug 8.
The vehicle was submerged in the water near the intersection of Spillway Road and Spring Creek Lane when first responders arrived.
Injuries are unknown at this moment. An ambulance was seen leaving with no lights or sirens on.

The vehicle was identified as an older white Ford F-150.
The San Angelo Police Department, Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, San Angelo Fire Department, Department of Public Safety and Dove Creek Volunteer Fire Department all responded to the call.
DPS was leading the investigation and was unable to provide a statement at the scene.
The scene around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Spillway Road and Spring Creek Lane.
We were told to contact their communications department, which we did via email.
