Drugs and alcohol aren't just for the weekend anymore. Out of 14 arrests made on new offenses Monday, six of those were for public intoxication and driving while intoxicated, while another five were for pot and drug possession. Another two were for burglary and assault.
Warrant arrests ran the gamut and included those for public intoxication, failure to appear, theft and graffiti.
A total of 27 inmates were booked into and 27 inmates were released from the county jail Monday.
