SAN ANGELO, TX – The National Weather Service forecasts near to slightly below normal temperatures for San Angelo today, with highs expected to reach 96 degrees.
The area will experience partly cloudy skies and east/southeast winds at 5 to 10 mph. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon, primarily east of the Brownwood to Junction line.
The extended forecast for the region includes minimal impacts over the next five days.
Saturday and Sunday will see isolated afternoon showers and storms, mainly east of Brownwood to Sonora on Saturday and south of San Saba to Junction on Sunday.
Morning lows will range from the upper 60s to lower 70s, while afternoon highs will reach the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. Winds will blow from the south to southeast at 5 to 20 mph.
Monday through Wednesday will bring partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies, with morning lows from the low to mid-70s and afternoon highs in the low 90s to around 103 degrees. Winds will continue from the south at 10 to 20 mph.
