SAN ANGELO, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is actively searching for Jorge Dionicio Hernandez, a 33-year-old man wanted for indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Hernandez is featured as the July fugitive on Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List, with a $4,000 reward offered for information leading to his arrest.
Hernandez, described as 5’3” and 130 pounds, has tattoos on his back and leg. Law enforcement officials state that all individuals on this list are considered serious threats to public safety and are repeat offenders who have entered the country illegally.
The search for Hernandez is part of a broader effort funded by Governor Greg Abbott’s Public Safety Office. Texas Crime Stoppers is offering cash rewards for tips that assist in the capture of these fugitives.
