SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo police are conducting a manhunt for a couple on US 87 south near Abbot Lane. Tom Green County Sheriff’s deputies are at the scene as well.
Police said they are searching for a young black male wearing a white tank top with two bags that are possibly luggage. He is with a Hispanic woman with black hair wearing a baby blue tank top with hot pink shorts. The woman was described as wearing her hair in a bun.
Police ask that if either of these two individuals is seen to call the non-emergency dispatch number at (325) 657-4315.
Law enforcement has been active at this scene since around 7 p.m. We first saw officers on Fairview and Gas Plant Road with long guns. Police did not describe the couple as dangerous but assume they are.
