SAN ANGELO, TX - A new hairstyling salon in downtown San Angelo will hold its grand opening from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, July 12.

It's the second location for Lee, who opened her first Urban Glo in Midland in 2016.
"We offer conditioning treatments, scalp massages and add-ons like braids. We do updos for wedding parties and proms and birthday parties, stuff like that," Lee said.
"But where I'm different is we're actually a dry bar, so we have a glam room and a makeup room that you can rent out. Or if you just need makeup, we do makeup services in there."

The San Angelo location opened its doors in May, but Lee is finally getting the chance to mark the occasion with a grand opening.
Urban Glo's neighbor, Urban Salt, will provide food and refreshments throughout the day Friday — including a bartender at 3 p.m. — while vendors will offer sales and giveaways for jewelry and beauty supplies leading up to the ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m.
"We'll probably finish up at 5 or 6 unless we're having just a big ol' party," Lee said.
