Current subscribers of the Premium Individual plan will see their monthly rate increase from $10.99 to $11.99 starting in July.

Spotify stated that the price increase is necessary to continue investing in and innovating its product offerings and features, ensuring users receive the "best experience."

Subscribers who do not wish to continue with the new pricing can cancel via their account page or contact Spotify support for further assistance.

For those on a trial period, the new rate will apply after the trial ends, with one additional month charged at the current rate of $10.99 before the price increase.
