18-Wheeler Cut in Half by a Train in Miles

MILES, TX — This afternoon, a truck tractor towing a semi-trailer had its trailer cut in half after a train collided with it.

The incident was reported to us by Rhonda Nichols who also provided photos.

It appears the collision happened at the eastern-most crossing in Miles, where Riley St/Voss Rd and River Road cross the train tracks.

We do not have information about injuries, if any.
