Cartel Kidnapper Caught in Tom Green County

In Tom Green County, Cabrera-Osorio is accused of grand theft auto, running from police in the car he jacked, and then fleeing on foot. DPS and sheriff's deputies caught him yesterday just before church. He was booked into the county jail at 11:05 a.m. and sits there on an ICE hold and $10,000 in Tom Green County bonds. The ICE hold offers hope as it means that the feds in charge of immigration want to deal with him. On the other hand, the feds could instead fly him up to Chicago, give him a charged debit card, and put him up in a nice motel with all the rest?
